feat(ui): klickbarer Prototyp mit Beispieldaten (#002)

Layout im AdminLTE-Stil (Sidebar, Kopfleiste, Inhaltskopf, Footer), Logo als
SVG-Komponente, Farbschema mit Dark-Mode, Dashboard, Kunden- und Host-Ansichten,
Rechnungsuebersicht, Jahresbahn und globale Suche (Strg+K).
