feat(ui): Symbole fuer Tab, Startbildschirm und Manifest (#017)

npm run icons erzeugt SVG, ICO und PNG aus den Vorlagen in assets/. Fuer kleine
Groessen kommen die vereinfachten Fassungen zum Einsatz.
