docs: echte Repository-Adresse eintragen

README und Inbetriebnahme nannten Platzhalter, die community-scripts-Dateien
einen falschen Benutzerpfad (fw statt florian.wilde) - der Einzeiler haette
dort ins Leere gezeigt.
