feat(security): Zugangsdaten verschluesselt speichern (#021)

AES-256-GCM mit Schluessel aus APP_SECRET fuer SMTP-Passwort und
Webhook-Geheimnis. Bestehende Klartextwerte werden weiter gelesen und beim
naechsten Speichern umgeschluesselt. 156 Tests.
