chore: package-lock.json ergaenzen und next-env.d.ts aktualisieren

Der Lockfile fixiert die tatsaechlich aufgeloesten Versionen (Next 15.5.21,
Prisma 6.19.3, React 19) und ist Voraussetzung fuer "npm ci" im
Docker-Build. next-env.d.ts wurde beim ersten Build von Next um die
Routen-Typen ergaenzt.
