feat(deploy): netmover-update mit Sicherung, Changelog-Auszug und Healthcheck

Installation als Git-Klon unter /opt/netmover/src; install.sh installiert git und das Update-Skript. Skripte mit shellcheck geprüft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
